We built the tool we needed for our own clients first.
Shalom Infotech is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner in Tiruchirappalli, India, building web, CRM and cloud projects for businesses across India, the US, the UK and Europe. Sociolync grew out of running that work ourselves.
Sociolync is made by Shalom Infotech Pvt Ltd, a Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. It combines a WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger inbox with automation, a CRM and invoicing, because that's the stack Shalom kept building by hand for its own clients.
Why we built it this way
Every client we worked with that sold over WhatsApp or Instagram DM ran into the same wall: a messaging tool that only sent messages, a CRM that didn't know about those conversations, and an invoicing tool that knew about neither. We kept assembling the same three-tool stack by hand, so we built the version that doesn't need assembling.
That also meant deciding who deals with Meta. We don't think a business owner who wants to reply to customers on WhatsApp should have to register their own Meta Business Manager and put a card on file with Meta just to get started, so increasingly that part is ours to manage, not theirs.
Who it's for
Teams who sell or support customers over chat (retail, services, education, travel, real estate) and are currently doing it through a personal WhatsApp number, three separate apps, or a spreadsheet standing in for a CRM.
If that's familiar, Sociolync is built from exactly that problem, not from a generic messaging-API spec.
